Onsite visits are limited to a 20km radius of Shawnigan Lake — we’ll confirm your address by text after booking.
Once you see the “Congratulations” confirmation screen with your appointment details, you’re booked, no further action needed. (The calendar may reset to let you book again; that does not cancel your appointment.)
